Dignity, strength, protection and positivity are represented by peridot gems. At Peridot Senior Living, we provide Personal Care and Memory Care centered around those attributes. We are a private pay community and can give your precious loved ones the elevated level of care they deserve. The community is located conveniently in Elizabethtown near shopping, dining, recreational opportunities, and events.
In addition to traditional Memory Care, our facility is licensed to offer the additional care involved in Personal Care—including medications, injections, and nursing services. Our medical director and nurse are experienced and well-versed in caring for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

At Peridot, we have a medical director, nurse, and medical technicians available daily. Our staff is also specially trained in and has experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care, allowing us to give our residents the best care possible.
Our trained staff are here to provide the highest quality of care to help your loved ones with anything they might need, whether it be assisting with medication or simply helping them make a call to their family. Our residents feel like family to us, and we give them the quality care they deserve.

Upon entering Peridot Senior Living, residents will find friendly staff and a welcoming environment. The living areas are spacious with modern amenities. Residents will have the choice of three floor plans: One-Bedroom Suites, Alcove, and Studio Apartments. Wifi is available in every room and our staff is happy to assist with video calls.
We know the importance of socialization at Peridot Senior Living. Our open floor plan is set up for easy access to services and common spaces. We offer an array of social activities including cooking, exercising, fine arts, crafts, education, and live music. Our community outreach program allows residents to interact with the regional community services including spiritual support.
Family-style dining brings residents together—there is always a friend to share a meal or cup of coffee with. Our in-house culinary team will cater to the individual tastes of residents, cooking delicious meals from scratch throughout the day. We also have a private dining room that can be reserved for birthdays and special occasions. Residents and their families are also welcomed to step out onto our covered veranda to enjoy a change of scenery.
The staff at Peridot Senior Living sparkles in comparison to other senior living facilities in Central Kentucky. We are proud to have educated, well-trained staff made up of kind, caring, and dependable individuals. Staff members are chosen for their experience in Alzheimer's and dementia care. The visiting medical director will meet with each resident weekly; the nurse and certified med-tech are available daily. Our licensed staff enable us to provide enhanced personal care—including medications, injections, and nursing services—in addition to memory care.
